School’s In Session:  School is in Session Please Drive Slow

Please be aware of how fast you and members of your family are driving throughout our neighborhood, especially during the school bus stop hours. (6-8:30 am and 2:30-4:00 PM)

Annual Dues:

The 2012 Annual Dues are $300, and must be received by March 31st.. A $25 discount will be applied if your dues are received by March 1st.  Late fees will be applied after March 31st in accordance with SLHOA by-laws.  A one time late fee equal to the prime rate (as of April 1 of the applicable billing year) plus 3%, will be applied against the amount of the annual dues.  An additional fee of $15 per month will be accrued against the account until the outstanding balance is received

Report black bear damage or nuisance behavior to the DEP's 24-hour, toll-free hotline at 1-877-WARN DEP (1-877- 927-6337). Please keep in mind that it unlawful to feed the bears and the civil penalties could be up to $1,000 for each offense if convicted.
